3Play Networks is a subsidiary company of 3Play Technology Group Ltd which is an Information Communications Technology (ICT) company specializing in telecommunication, broadband, utility billing and communications management systems for hospitality, commercial, and residential customers.

Formed in May 2003, 3Play Networks built its technology products around the provision of high grade broadband, voice and video on demand (Vod) to multi-unit buildings and hotels. 3Play Networks has continually developed its technologies for high rise and hospitality products and shadowed latest in IP telephony and broadband to maintain a competitive advantage in system performance, and profitability of the company.

3Play Networks was one of the forerunners in Australia in the development and implementation of the Asterisk PBX and the application of the PBX soft-switch. 3Play Networks now offers not only hosted PBX solutions, but Asterisk consulting and support services.

3Play Networks has a current ACMA Carrier Licence and over the last seven years, has built a wireless network around Brisbane providing metro-Ethernet grade wireless access to approx 400km2 of South East Queensland. Using 3Play Networks wireless allows businesses to obtain higher grade Ethernet and Broadband services and for more efficient prices.

3Play Networks is currently expanding its wireless and fibre-optic networks to include most of Brisbane CBD and reaching the majority of outer suburban residential, commercial and industrial areas.

As a strong proponent of hosted business solutions and the integration of these with high grade Ethernet services, Daniel has been instrumental in the creation of solutions for many kinds of business applications. Daniel’s combination of sales expertise, project management, and business knowledge has driven the continued growth and success of the 3Play Networks company. Daniel’s focus in the business is continued growth in sales, implementation of growth strategy, and development of the business.

As a co-founder of 3Play Networks, Jarrod has lead the technical team in the developed all the intellectual property for the specific components of all 3Play Network products. Jarrod is an expert in Information Technology, and has been a technical leader for the past 10 years in the use of open source software and programming to create commercial grade communications hardware and software. Jarrod has an advanced knowledge in the application of the Asterisk server for business and residential applications and the integration of this technology with hosted business solutions. Jarrod’s focus in the business is in the continued improvement of the 3Play Networks operational software and hardware, and the development of new products.
